This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have over it. We are the data controller for the information described here.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see, handle or store your full card number. Stripe provides us with the last four digits, the card type, the outcome of the transaction and the billing details you supply.

We advertise on Meta platforms and use the Meta pixel, together with website analytics, to understand which adverts and pages lead to sign-ups and purchases. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers and may share limited event data, such as the fact that a page was viewed or a form was submitted, with the platform.
Where required, these are only loaded after you consent through our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by changing your cookie settings or by using your browser and device controls.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with the service providers who run parts of our business, and only so they can perform that service for us:
| Provider | What they do |

| Stripe | Payment processing, instalment plans and refunds |
| Skool | Course and community platform where the programme is delivered |
| Zapier | Moves data between the systems above |
| Meta Platforms | Advertising and conversion measurement |

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Several of the providers above are based in the United States. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on the transfer mechanisms available to us, which include adequacy decisions where they exist and standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum where they do not.
Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to:
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month. There is no charge unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works immediately. You can also reply to any email and ask to be removed. If you have bought from us we will still send the emails needed to deliver what you paid for, because those are service messages rather than marketing.
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising in the sense used by California law. Residents of California and other states with similar laws may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by emailing us, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.
We use reputable providers, access controls and encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will tell you and the regulator about a breach where the law requires it.
Our products are sold to adults. This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be notified by email where we hold your address.
Questions about this policy, or any request about the information we hold on you, should go to [email protected]. We will respond within one month.
