Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 9 August 2026

These terms apply when you use this website, request the free training, or buy any product from us. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them.

01Definitions

  • We, us, our means The Monetise Method.
  • You means the person buying or using the products.
  • Programme means Monetise Your Skills With AI, including the modules, videos, prompts, documents and any bonuses supplied with it.
  • Materials means everything we provide inside the Programme in any format.

02The free training

The free training is provided in exchange for your email address. It is educational content and nothing more is promised. We may change it, move it or withdraw it at any time, and we may email you about our products afterwards. You can unsubscribe whenever you like.

03Orders and prices

  • Prices are shown in US dollars and are the prices displayed at checkout at the time you order.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email and access is issued.
  • We may correct obvious pricing errors before the contract is formed.
  • Any optional extras offered before or after checkout are separate purchases at the price shown.

04Payment plans

Where we offer the option to pay in instalments, the number of payments and the full total are stated at checkout before you buy. Choosing a plan means you owe the full total, not only the first instalment.

  • Instalments are collected automatically on the same date in each of the following months.
  • If a payment fails we will attempt to collect it again and will contact you.
  • If an instalment remains unpaid we may suspend access until the account is brought up to date.
  • Access is granted on the basis that the plan will be completed. Cancelling a plan after receiving the Materials does not end your obligation to pay the balance.

05What you get and when

The Programme is delivered online. On purchase you receive immediate access to the written Materials, which include the module workbooks, the prompt library, the resource documents and the roadmap.

The video modules are released in sequence. The next module becomes available once you have completed the one before it, and new modules are released on a rolling basis, typically weekly. This release schedule is described on the order page before you buy, and by buying you accept that not every video is available on day one.

We may improve, reorder or update the Materials. We will not materially reduce what you have paid for.

06Your right to cancel, and what happens if you start straight away

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because the Materials are made available to you immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree that delivery begins at once and to acknowledge that you lose the statutory right to cancel once access has been given. If you do not agree to that, do not complete the purchase.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits your legal rights in relation to content that is faulty, not as described, or not supplied with reasonable skill and care.

07The 30 day guarantee

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on the Programme, on the following terms.

Try it risk-free for 30 days. If you watch the videos, complete the worksheets, build your offer, and still do not see how you can charge more for your skills, show us your completed work and we will give you a 100% refund.

This guarantee is offered in addition to your legal rights and is conditional on you having done the work. It is the only refund arrangement we operate outside your statutory rights, and the following applies to every claim made under it.

What counts as completed work

  • You have watched the video modules that were released to you during your 30 days.
  • You have completed the exercises and documents that go with those modules.
  • You have produced a written offer using the process taught in the Programme.
  • You send those items to us in one email so we can see the work.

How to claim

  • Email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date with the subject line Guarantee Claim.
  • Attach or link your completed work as described above.
  • We will review it and respond within 7 working days.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days. Access to the Programme ends when the refund is issued.

Requests made after the 30 days, or without the completed work, do not qualify under this guarantee. Where a payment plan is in place, an approved refund covers the instalments actually paid and cancels the remaining ones.

08No income guarantee

MONETISE teaches a business method and does not guarantee income, customers or business results.

Any figures, examples or scenarios shown anywhere in our marketing or Materials are illustrations of how the method works. They are not typical results, not promises and not projections for your business. What you achieve depends on your skill, your market, your effort and factors outside our control. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

09Not professional advice

The Programme is education. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or regulatory advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your own business, including tax registration, advertising rules and data protection.

10Intellectual property and how you may use the Materials

We own or licence everything in the Programme. On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Materials for your own business.

You may

  • Use the prompts, templates and documents in your own business, including with clients you serve.
  • Adapt the templates for your own offers.

You may not

  • Share, sell, licence, publish or give away your access or the Materials.
  • Reproduce or repackage the Materials as your own course, coaching programme or product.
  • Record, download or redistribute the videos.
  • Use the Materials to build a substantially similar competing product.

Breaching this clause ends your licence immediately and we may withdraw access without refund.

11Your account

Access is for one person. Keep your login details private and do not share them. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or end access where we reasonably believe it is being shared or misused.

12AI tools

The Programme teaches you to use third-party artificial intelligence tools. Those tools are supplied by their own providers under their own terms and pricing, which can change. We do not control their output, availability or accuracy. You are responsible for checking anything an AI tool produces before you use it, and for the terms you agree with those providers.

13Community and conduct

Where a community is provided, be civil. We may remove content and remove members for abuse, harassment, spam, unsolicited selling to other members, or sharing the Materials. Removal for these reasons does not entitle you to a refund.

14Availability

We aim to keep everything available but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Platforms go down and maintenance happens. If access is interrupted for a significant period we will extend your access by a fair equivalent.

15Chargebacks

If you have a problem, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. Raising a chargeback without contacting us, or while access continues, may result in access being suspended and the amount being pursued as a debt together with any fees charged to us.

16Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim connected with the Programme is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

17Ending the agreement

We may end your access where you breach these terms, where an instalment remains unpaid after we have contacted you, or where you behave abusively toward our team or other members. Where we end access for one of those reasons, no refund is due.

18General

  • If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
  • Failing to enforce a term straight away does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours if our business is sold, and your rights will not be reduced.
  • These terms are the whole agreement between us about the Programme.

19Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your home country.
